About
Our Trauma-Informed Journaling Project is a supportive and empowering space for young people to explore their emotions, gain deeper social awareness, understand the impact of trauma, and begin the journey of rebuilding and healing. Designed for youth ages 12 and older, this project encourages self-reflection through guided journaling prompts that focus on emotional and social awareness, trauma understanding, and personal growth. The journaling process offers a safe outlet for youth to express their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and rebuild their sense of resilience. Through this project, participants will develop tools for recognizing and processing emotions, understanding the perspectives of others, and healing from past trauma at their own pace. By engaging in this process, youth can build confidence, foster emotional intelligence, and nurture a sense of self-compassion as they work toward a brighter, more empowered future. Whether navigating difficult experiences or simply looking to strengthen their emotional well-being, this journaling project provides a path for growth, reflection, and healing.
