The CHI Anger Management Program is an evidence-based behavioral and emotional regulation curriculum designed to help youth identify triggers, manage emotions, and rebuild healthy coping strategies.
Developed specifically for fostered and at-risk youth, this program integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-inspired activities, guided journaling, and reflective group dialogue to promote emotional healing and lasting behavioral change.Each module is flexible and can be implemented over 6 to 18 weeks, depending on facilitator goals, group dynamics, and agency schedules.
